Download link for single files in project

Some of the files in the project nXhtml can be used by themselves. I would like to put up some http download links to them. Is there a simple way to do this in such a way that the downloaded files will always be the most recent version of the file?

I assume you want to link to a file in a branch?

It doesn't seem like this is possible, I'll link a relevant loggerhead bug report. It should be fairly easy to fix!
