Request: Rename project ikarus-libraries

Please rename the project named "ikarus-libraries" to "scheme-libraries" (it looks like this name is not taken). I am the main admin of the project's owner, Ikarus Libraries Team (I'll also be renaming this team once the project is renamed). I can rename/update all the descriptions related to the project (and I can rename the team), but it doesn't look like I can rename the main project ID (used in URLs), and I want it renamed. Thank you.
