vcs-import for msn-pecan broken

It keeps trying and failing... it's obviously not going to improve:
AssertionError: recreated git commit had different sha1: expected dc4d3bc383a9a24ee2fdb184f2ef578fe4361269, got bc64e0e439819c9b88ce381456d7410bfef1732c

I can't delete the branch, nor reset the import, nor do anything.

We have an update bzr-git rolling out with the 2.2.6 release this Wednesday that should hopefully fix this problem. If it doesn't please re-open the question.

We have active work on the bzr-git plugin, and it still has bugs :)
