Request for deletion of 2 unused PPAs.

They were transitional/for staging purposes and no longer needed so it would be appreciated if I could have them deleted.

Robert, we don't support PPA deletions yet. The only thing you can do atm is to delete all packages published in them, so the repository and the PPA page will be empty.
