Help, I just want out. How does one unsubscribe from this notification list. Easy enough to subscribe but nowhere do I see unsubscribe information.

Can you please explain what list you are referring to?

Are you receiving bug mails? Then you should look at this page and got to the bugs you want to unsubscribe from and click "unsubscribe". http://bugs.launchpad.net/people/+me/+subscribedbugs
