By CPAL you are referring to the Common Public Attribution License version 1.0 as referenced here:

http://www.opensource.org/licenses/cpal_1.0

We do not explicitly offer you the choice of this license when registering projects, but I believe because the OSI has certified this as open source, it would be allowed under our licensing policy. When you register your project, select "Other/Open Source" and include a link to the CPAL license you want to use in the Description text box.

We will need to review your project, but I don't foresee a problem with its approval. CPAL is not a very common open source license, but if you think we should support it explicitly, feel free to open a bug on Launchpad and we'll consider it.

I hope that helps, and enjoy using Launchpad!

Can you help with this problem?
