Expired team members are still in mailing list

If a team member is expired, shouldn't they also be removed from team mailing list? I manually expired a member, and I still see them listed on the mailing subscriber list.

This is a bug in Launchpad, but it is not as serious as it looks. The page is wrongly showing every future and past user as being subscribed. They are not. We hope to fix this issue by 2009-09
