it happened to me before ,you just have to wait and the problem will be resolved.I went to launchpad irc channel and talking with others ,they said that there arent problems .Now all its working .

Still having the same problem, always in the same page.
I've waited almost 15 minutes before trying again.

Hello Milo,

the first (OOPS-103D1982) is related to a problem we had in the application servers and the second one (OOPS-104D147) with bug 39879.

could you add more info in bug 39879 with a detailed description of what you were trying to do?
Specially the strings that you were using to translate that template.
