"New User Network" team page needs to be deactivated

The "Beginners Team" formerly "Ubuntu Forums Beginners Team" is filling the need left behind by the now inactive "New User Network". One of many motivations for our recent name change was a recent discussion at a Community Council meeting. It has been decided that the BT has expanded in scope and now fulfills many of the tasks that were being taken on by the "New User Network". Therefore it has been decided to dissolve the "New User Network". Could you please reflect this change on Launchpad by deactivating the "New User Network" Launchpad Team page.
