Please remove entertainer-0.3 translation template.

A number of months ago, I created a translation template that was specific to one series branch for the Entertainer Media Center (entertainer-0.3).

The team has decided to not use series specific translations templates (we'll just be using our "trunk" template) so I'd like to request that the entertainer-0.3 template be removed to prevent confusion for our translators.
