I have install iriverter converter but it converting only on .avi format only so i want to convert many format please provide best software.

you could try this software http://mediacoder.sourceforge.net/. i think is the best converter and it converts everything pretty nice. hope that helps.

in this link (http://wiki.mediacoderhq.com/index.php/MediaCoder_on_Linux) you will be able to find how to install the software. i really don't know if you will be running this on a ubuntu server or desktop.
