Can You Make Me A Super-Project

Hello, We are going to add a suite of projects that our non-profit company which its projects are open source. We would like a super-project made called "Pikachu Region Dev" and would like our projects added under there when we add them. We currently have one project on Launchpad at the moment "https://launchpad.net/pmro". Would you be able to make this Super-Project as soon as possible?
