Please increase size of PPA ~project-neon/[ppa,staging]

Currently all the KDE trunk parts, Project Neon includes, build on all 3 arches (for the first time \o/). That is very unfortunate though ;-)
The current PPA limit gets exceed by about 1.4 GiB when/if all components built successfully, so I am requesting a bump to 10 GiB for both the main ppa and the staging ppa.

In fact, if possible I'd go for 15 GiB, since there is further growth to be expected (not all core KDE components are supported by Project Neon right now, which changes on occasion).
