You can order Ubuntu cd's from https://shipit.ubuntu.com/ .
Cd's will deliver between 4 and 6 weeks after accepting your request. Depends on your location.

I have myself ordered Cds from shipit. I live in India and It took more than expected days/month to come like they say it would come to you in between 4 to 6 weeks, but I myself got the CD after 2 months. Well, I will recommend you to sit and wait till you receive your package.
