Code import of aMSN failed

The import of amsn is not working :
https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/amsn/trunk

Is there a way to import a tar.gz version and then to synchronise it ?

If not, the important part of the svn are :
https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn/
and
https://amsn.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/amsn/trunk/amsn-extras/

Well, let's try importing over http rather than https first -- that usually works better...
