CMUCam trunk can not be imported from SVN

Hello,

The code import of: https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/cmucam/trunk from the subversion project hosted at subversion seems not to work.
The import URL is: https://cc3.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/cc3/trunk
I think the problem is the SSL encryption.

Is there a way to solve this problem? Or can I change the URL to http://cc3.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/cc3/trunk?
