Hi Manfred and Bernard, thank you for reporting spam to us, moving a lot of those to the 'spamalot' project, and helping minimize the spam content on Launchpad. I have processed all of them, as far as I can see and suspended the posters' accounts. Please let me know if I missed any.

Thanks Guruprasad, that solved my question.

Is there any information available how to best tackle spam from our side? What do you need? Do you prefer just a listing of the user names, or the question numbers (respective the comment number in the question)? Should questions be moved to the Spamalot projects (that is not possible for spam comments in valid questions)? ...?

We appreciate the effort that you and other community members put into reporting spam to us. We are okay with the reports in the current format or by moving specific entities (like questions) to the spamalot project, which we check and clean regularly. The rest can be reported like it is done today. We know it is not a great way and requires a lot of effort. So we have some plans to revamp some of the spam reporting and processing in the near future and will share them once there is clarity.

We already have tooling to hide/remove all the questions/replies/bug comments of a spammer once a question/reply/bug comment of theirs is marked as spam. So it may not be necessary to report every instance of a spam post by a user if one such instance is reported already.
