Request to increase storage quota for Rust 1.76 testing PPA

Hi there,

I am from the Foundations Team and need to test the impact of a significant change to an existing package, rustc. This requires rebuilding everything in the current Ubuntu archive that depends on rustc or cargo.

Can you help me increase the storage quota for this PPA: https://launchpad.net/~liushuyu-011/+archive/ubuntu/rust-updates-1.76-wrb to at least 32GiB in size?

Also, to reduce the impact on the infrastructure, can you help me demote the PPA build priority so that its packages are built in very low priority?
