Can I un-delete PPA?

I created a test PPA and pushed some packages to try out Launchpad. I deleted the PPA with the intention of recreating it and pushing real packages. However, deleted PPA is still there and I cannot create a new one with the same name. Can I fully remove it? Or restore it and remove the packages?

PPA deletion could require time, have you tried again?
