How do I see the status of a ticket inside the ticket?

Asked by Joey Stanford

When I view the list of tickets I can see their status (open, answered, solved, etc.) but when I actually display a ticket, I do not see the ticket's status. Where is it or is this a bug?

ah ... there it is "Status: Answered". I don't think that's visible enough. It's contained in a closed drop down box and is all grey. I think it should be visible in the header.

e.g. Answered Question #7093, asked 2 minutes ago by Joey Stanford <ANSWERED>

There's no workflow indication. How does a ticket go from Opened -> Answered -> Solved? :-)

The history page is available under 'History' in the Actions portlet.

You can create a bug report simply by using the 'Create bug report' item in the Actions portlet.

Hope this solves your problem!

The new status is so pretty now. Thank you. This is exactly the expected behavior I was looking for.
