Claim username 'dotnet'

Hi!

I'm part of the .NET toolchains team at Canonical and we're looking to create a ~dotnet team on Launchpad to do some of our work. However, it seems this name has already been taken. I can't really see whether the current user has any activity, since going to launchpad.net/~dotnet yields the 'Lost something?' page.

With that, if the current user 'dotnet' fulfills all the requirements to make their username claimable, we'd like to claim it, please.
