Request to increase storage quota for Rust 1.71 backport PPA

Hi there,

I am from the Foundations Team and need to supply the Security Team and Desktop Team with newer versions of the Rust toolchain to the older LTS series. Due to the policies, debug symbol building and publishing need to be enabled for the copy to the security PPAs, which take up a large amount of space.
Can you help me increase the storage quota for this PPA: https://launchpad.net/~liushuyu-011/+archive/ubuntu/rust-bpo-1.71 to at least 16GiB in size?

FYI: I just realized that Clinton increased that :)
