size increase for ppa:arighi/sched-ext and ppa:arighi/sched-ext-unstable

Hello, I'm using these two ppas to test sched-ext (https://github.com/sched-ext/scx), a Linux kernel feature that we may want to include the generic Ubuntu kernel in the future.

Since it is an experimental feature at the moment, I need to produce and publish also the debugging packages (that are quite big in terms of size), so I was wondering if we could extend the quota of these 2 ppas to contain at least 1 kernel each.

It looks like right now the quota is set to 8GB (see message below), could we bump it up to 16GB? Thanks!
