We have a need to create a new project group for Canonical Kubernetes to track snap, charm, and library projects

owned by the lp:containers team

I will also put `lp:containers` as Mantainer and owner too.

Project Group Summary:
Canonical Kubernetes snaps, charms, interfaces and test tools.

Description:
The Canonical Kubernetes project group encompasses snaps, charms, interfaces and testing tools for deploying Kubernetes with Juju.

This project is used for bug tracking and multi-arch building of the various projects
