delete project

https://launchpad.net/geda-project is abandoned, please delete it to reduce confusion.

It was bugtracker-only for a (already deleted) PPA with weekly updates, which didn't get traction. There's another project working with the same codebase and sharing (almost?) all of the bugs, https://launchpad.net/pcb
