Increase X2Go stable (main) PPA size

Hi

We're already hitting the default 2-GB-limit at https://launchpad.net/~x2go/+archive/ubuntu/stable/ - can this please be increased?

Doubling the size is probably good enough for now.

Hi Mihai Moldovan, I have increased the quota to 8 GiB which is the current default for all public PPAs. I would recommend removing the packages published for EOL versions of Ubuntu to reduce the disk space usage.

As far as I remember, packages for EOL codenames will be automatically deleted at some point in time, so I generally do not micromanage them. Besides, users are weird, sometimes continue using EOL versions and it doesn't terribly hurt to keep them around until they are automatically removed.
