Adding another plural for Persian

Hi,
Persian needs another plural form. It currently has 1.
I don't know how I can add another one or even if I can do such a thing in the first place.
I got in touch with another translator and he provided me with this string of code: "Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=(n > 1);\n"
