P.S.: Manfred, how did you find the second spam comment? Which kind of links or search functions do you use?

Just open the user's page, click on "bugs", and then you have to use "advanced search" to change the selection criteria for the bugs by enabling all status values in the top part and unclicking "hide duplicate bugs" in the bottom.

Addition: How do I know whether there is another bug comment by such user? I just look at the karma of the user and see that there is another bug comment or question (comment). Then I proceed as written in my previous comment and try identifying the bugs, or do a similar listing for questions.
