Changing the url of an existing project

Hello
I am the creator of the drafting project : https://edge.launchpad.net/drafting-project and I wanna to change the url to : https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu-tn-drafting
This is a matter of an internal organization of ubuntu-tn Team (Tunisian Team) : all the projects and teams have to be named like this : ubuntu-tn-<Team/project name>
