Please enable riscv64 for my snap packages

Hi,

Please enable riscv64 build support for the following snap recipes:

https://launchpad.net/~itrue/+snap/iotdevice-polarfire-kernel
https://launchpad.net/~itrue/+snap/iotdevice-polarfire-icicle

These will be used for building kernel and gadget snaps for Ubuntu Core on the Polarfire Icicle board.
