Requesting access to Canonical RBAC

How does one get access to canonical-rbac package from
https://private-ppa.launchpad.net/crbs/stable/ubuntu

According to the lxd documentation, access is included with the Ubuntu pro.

Hi,

Launchpad staff don't manage access to PPAs. Since this PPA is a part of the Ubuntu Pro service, you should contact your support representative, or see https://ubuntu.com/support.
