Incorrect project reference for the Ubuntu tepl package

but the referenced project isn't right, that's an openstack component and tepl is a GNOME library

Hi Sebatian,
I unlinked the packages, so that reference shouldn't show up anymore.

We recently tightened up security on packaging links. Until quite recently, anyone at all could set this, but now you need a certain amount of privilege to do so.

Can you help with this problem?
