Request to take over the maas-ui project

Hi there,

the maas-ui project [1] is currently owned by the registry administrators.

The MAAS team would like to manage maas-ui bugs on LP directly and eventually remove the bug watchers pointing to github. Thus it would be great if you can transfer the project to MAAS committers [2].
