Increase size of ~ubuntu-esm/esm-apps-security-staging

I would like to request an increase in the size of the Security team ESM-Apps staging PPA (~ubuntu-esm/esm-apps-security-staging).

The amount of 4GB has turned out very small for the current needs.

The ESM-Infra staging PPA currently has 200 GB. It would be nice to match its size, if possible.
