Unable to connect to ftpmaster.internal

Hi, I got the following error in my build (https://launchpadlibrarian.net/654451240/buildlog_ubuntu-jammy-amd64.unbound_1.17.1-1ubuntu1ppa1~ubuntu22.04_BUILDING.txt.gz)

Failed to fetch http://ftpmaster.internal/ubuntu/pool/main/p/python3.9/libpython3.9-minimal_3.9.7-2build1_amd64.deb Could not connect to ftpmaster.internal:80 (10.131.66.192), connection timed out

I also find the same error in other person's build (https://launchpadlibrarian.net/654450583/buildlog_ubuntu-focal-amd64.linux-6.2.2_6.2.2-060202.202303040629_BUILDING.txt.gz)

W: Failed to fetch http://ftpmaster.internal/ubuntu/dists/focal/InRelease Could not connect to ftpmaster.internal:80 (10.131.66.192), connection timed out

This seems to have been a badly-tuned Apache, now improved.
