Requesting more space for ppa:okirby/mozilla-vpn-testing

We are using an automation task to upload builds to this PPA when we make changes to our release candidate branches. Normally this results in a fairly small quantity of uploads but every once in a while as we get closer to a release date we push too many builds in a row before stale builds can be deleted and the 2GB file storage limit proves to be insufficient and a build or two gets rejected.

Would it be acceptable to increase the storage limit from 2GB to 4GB?
