Spam/malware in the bug reports for the Breezy project

https://bugs.launchpad.net/brz/+bug/2008632 User is advertising a pirated video game. Most likely malicious, as the URL given to "download setup and crack" is a typosquatted URL attempting to mimic TinyURL's address.
