Please enable riscv64 and bump disk space for schopin/versioned-rustc

Hi,

For the kernel team I have to package rustc 1.62 in a separate package. Because parts of the archive have already moved on to 1.63 (i.e. Lunar) this basically means I'm going to have to bootstrap it again, which means I'll need riscv64 enabled for this PPA, and probably means I'll need to upload large "source" packages which will probably run up against the initial disk quota.

Could you please do something about it?
