Launchpad is failing to import packages from Debian

(At least some) packages are not being imported from Debian to launchpad.net/debian/+source/<package>. An example is [1]. An internal log shows that the importer is crashing:

[ 4%] Getting: dists/bookworm/non-free-firmware/dep11/bookworm/contrib/Components-amd64.yml.gz... #** GET http://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/bookworm/non-free-firmware/dep11/bookworm/contrib/Components-amd64.yml.gz ==> 200 OK
Can't write to 'dists/bookworm/non-free-firmware/dep11/bookworm/contrib/Components-amd64.yml.gz-28122': No such file or directory at /usr/share/perl5/LWP/Protocol.pm line 105. at /usr/share/perl5/LWP/UserAgent.pm line 916.

While ideally debmirror shouldn't crash here, the archive structure on the Debian side looks very broken here, and I think it makes more sense to get that fixed than to try to work around this. I've filed this with them:

Debian has fixed their archive bug, and our importer is running again now.
