Register Karakalpak as spoken language in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Kazakhstan

Asked by Ali Zhumagaliev

Karakalpak language is currently not registered as spoken in any country. Karakalpak language is spoken in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Kazakhstan

Karakalpak language should therefore be registered as spoken in those two countries.

The ISO 639 code for this language is kaa and the plural forms as mentioned in https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/704440:

> The plural forms for Karakalpak language are the same as well as for turkish, so

>  Plural-Forms: nplurals=1; plural=0;

On Launchpad and a few other sources on the internet that I could find, the plural forms for Turkish do not match what you have mentioned above. So I just wanted to confirm whether I can independently.

This also doesn't match the plural form details shared for karakalpak at https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2018/01/27/locale-kaa-country-code-uz/. So can you provide some evidence corrobrating this plural form value before we set it on Launchpad?

Since Karakalpakstan is an autonomous republic of Uzbekistan and not a separate country (I cannot find it common lists of countries), I can only set the language to be spoken in Uzbekistan. I also need some evidence corroborating the statement that it is spoken in Kazhakstan. I have to verify these before making this change.

Sorry I was wrong.
Plural forms like here: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2018/01/27/locale-kaa-country-code-uz/
"I can only set the language to be spoken in Uzbekistan" Yes, you can do it
Thanks a lot and sorry about my mistakes

I have updated the language with the plural form and the countries that it is spoken in based on our conversation above.
