Can my PPA size be increased?

https://launchpad.net/~vanilla-os/+archive/ubuntu/testing to 4GB
https://launchpad.net/~vanilla-os/+archive/ubuntu/stable to 8GB

The stable repository will be used soon in production so everything from testing will be there.

Done. (stable was already done, because the default for newly-created PPAs is now 8GB.)
