Size bump for https://launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel-team/+archive/ubuntu/ppa2

Could we get some more space in https://launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel-team/+archive/ubuntu/ppa2/+packages. Looking at its twin (https://launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel-team/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/+packages) that is consuming 419G of its allocated 512G. So at least 512G looks appropriate.

Done. Maybe you could remove packages for hirsute and impish now though, since those are EOL?
