Increase Quota for Eclipse eCAL 5.11 PPA

Hello,

In the next weeks we are going to release a new version of Eclipse eCAL. From former releases I know that the 2 GiB quota is too low for all supported plattforms including debug symbols. Can you please increase the quota?
