upload/download problem

I try to update my .pot and .po file on https://launchpad.net/codeblocks-gd.
Files are approved since several days but not still imported.
I also tried to import a .po file. The request has been accepted 2 days ago but I haven't received the mail which tells me it's ready.
Is there a problem somwhere?

We experienced a couple of outages but things should be resolved now, are you still facing issues ?
