reporting a bug with "ubuntu-bug" opens launchpad.net and hangs "forever" to process the data

I wanted to report a bug with "ubuntu-bug gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock", then press the send button and launchpad.net opens a page telling me:

Please wait while bug data is processed. This page will refresh every 10 seconds until processing is complete.

But this hangs now since 20 minutes or so. The page reloads successfully every 10 seconds but nothing changes.
Is that a know issue? some infra issue?

This was fallout from a firewall outage last night. We've terminated the stuck job processor, and the queue has cleared now.

This same issue seems to be happening again. My first try was stuck for several hours before timing out. And my current try has been waiting for 20+ min.
