Please enable riscv64 on my PPA

Hi LP team,

Can you please enable riscv64 for the following PPA? https://launchpad.net/~itrue/+archive/ubuntu/rtl8723ds

I'm planning to build DKMS packages for a wifi driver found on many RISCV (and other) platforms.

Actually, I don't need this as DKMS packages of course support all archs...
