Please help increase size of two PPAs under canonical-hwe-team

Hi,

Two repositories involved:
* ppa:canonical-hwe-team/linux-firmware-staging
* ppa:canonical-hwe-team/linux-firmware-es

They are from Canonical Hardware Enablement Team and are for staging device firmware to be evaluated/tested for OEM projects. With the scope extended to firmware-sof and the new releases Jammy & Kinetic's arrival, it's going to meet the upper limit 2G. Whlie we still have projects for Focal/Jammy and Kinetic (for testing), and neither linux-firmware nor firmware-sof shall be removed from this repository, please help increase the hard limit for them.
