change email address and delete second account

1. Pls delete second and old account <email address hidden>, because I have account <email address hidden>.

2. I will change from email address <email address hidden> to <email address hidden>.
I already make the address <email address hidden>, but I cannot delete <email address hidden>.

Hi Leo

In point 1 of your question you're asking us to delete one account (<email address hidden>) and in point 2 you mention you can't delete another account (<email address hidden>).

Can you please email back and confirm that it is indeed the account in point 1 (<email address hidden>) that you want us to delete ?

Delete <email address hidden>

Remark :
I am using emailaddress <email address hidden> because I left company Ziggo and went over to the company KPN. Both companies reside in the Netherlands.
Emailaddress <email address hidden> is also an old emailadres I don use anymore.
