Delete user vfisarov from Launchpad

Asked by Veronika Fisarova

By my mistake I created two accounts on Launchpad, their ID's are:
   - vfisarov, email: private
   - vfisarova, email: <email address hidden>

Please delete user vfisarov (Ubuntu account has been already deleted), so I can use account with work email and corresponding name can be then assigned.

Thank you very much!

Instead of deleting the first account, we can merge it into the second account if you are okay with that. Please let us know if that works for you.

It is not necessary to merge these accounts together. The second one - vfisarova with email <email address hidden> is suitable for me. So please delete the first one - vfisarov.
Thanks!

This can be done self-service by following the instructions at https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/Closing. Please go through these steps and let us know if you have any questions.

The issue is I can't log in into the account I want to delete, because I don't have my Ubuntu One account associated with the vfisarov account anymore.

Merging really is the easiest way to go then - all that requires is access to the primary account and access to the duplicate account's email address, and you can do that without needing any help from us. See https://help.launchpad.net/YourAccount/Merging. You can then delete the secondary email address afterwards if you want.
