This question has been asked in the area of the launchpad hosting services, which is the software used for managing the bug tracker for Ubuntu and other projects and similar web services.

I do not see any relationship between your question and launchpad hosting.
In my opinion the closest match is the Ubuntu question tracker, but even that is wrong, because Ubuntu support does not deal with Linux Mint.

Support for Linux Mint can be found at https://www.linuxmint.com/contactus.php and https://forums.linuxmint.com/

In case that it helps, the standard answer for problems like yours is https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+faq/662
You can check the status of your apt signature key store with the command
apt-key list

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Daudi Amani for more information if necessary.
